Our team asked some incredible Entreprenistas to share their favorite solution with us so that we could provide a round up of trusted tools for you to check out as you begin or continue your Entreprenista journey!

Canva – Create social media graphics, presentations, and more!

Kamal Brar of Healthify Tea: “Canva is our favorite business tool because its a fantastic creative solution for the marketing needs of a small business.”

Sophie Dornstreich of InCircle Fertility: “Canva! We use it for everything from social media posts to business proposals to marketing materials!”

Shopify – Grow your business with a multi-faceted and easy to use e-commerce platform.

Lindsay Applebaum Stuart of Mamalux: “Shopify. I’ve been using it for five years now (with my previous company and now Mamalux) and I can’t imagine doing e-commerce with anything else. It’s so easy to design, update and optimize a site.”

Veed.io – Edit video content to share on multiple channels.

Kajabi – Master e-mail marketing and create courses.

Quickbooks – Manage finances easily.

Susan Sarit of Operations Made Easy: “Quickbooks is the best, because it manages my finances and keeps them in order. I used to track via a manual spreadsheet but that had to stop as my business grew.”

Grammarly – Avoid grammar mistakes when typing.

Ashley Pisek of MISS SWISS: “A tool I use for my business that I really enjoy is Grammarly. I was diagnosed with dyslexia in high school so having a tool to make sure I’m not making typos has been amazing for me.”

Calendly – Easily allow clients to book calls and manage time more efficiently.

Catalina Escallon and Daniela Guarin of Noodo Studio: “Calendly is our favorite! We do so many calls per week and scheduling time with other people is super tricky. Calendly just lets you chose a slot and it becomes hassle free scheduling.”

Zoho CRM – Keep all projects in one central location for task management.
