Cheli Grace of Book to Millions Reflects on 1 Year in The Entreprenista League

SJX_0453-2-Book-to-Millions

Brief description of your business:

I offer professional publishing services with business strategy. I help you write, publish and market your non-fiction book that is aligned to your business and brand. We have a 5-phase system that does a lot of the work for you so all you have to do is show up with your expertise, intellectual property and superpower and in 10 months you have a published book and are creating an impact in the world and scaling your business because of it.

What have been your 3 biggest accomplishments or “wins” in your business in the past year?

1. Niched down and really got clear on my ideal client

2. Joined an Entreprenista Coaching Circle

3. Because of the Entreprenista community I have made amazing connections, friends and collaborative partnerships.

What has been your biggest learning lesson in the past year?

You can’t do it all and it’s okay to say no. I stay in my lane.

In the past I would try to help anyone, even if it was not in my wheelhouse, and that would dilute my brand and not serve me or the client. I have niched down and am very specific on who I work with and who I do not work with and refer out or make introductions for anyone I can’t work with. This way it’s a win for everyone!

What does being an Entreprenista League member mean to you, now being a year into your membership?

Community, love, and support are the words that come to mind. It is an amazing community of women who are there to lend emotional support, business support and share the love.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out, or thinking about joining The Entreprenista League?*

1. Make connections and get on virtual coffee chats with women who you would love to get to know.

2. Be specific about what you do in your introductions so you can share and also be referable!

3. Calendar the events that are available to help us grow our businesses and be present to learn – or watch the replay and reach out to the person teaching the lesson to learn more.

4. Keep your profile up to date!

5. Attend office hours with Steph and others – they are invaluable!

Special Offer: we’re extending our Founding Member Rate to readers for a limited time!

You can join the Entreprenista League here as a Founding Member to start taking advantage of the instrumental resources within our thriving community and add 800+ women founders to your network that will be there to support you every step of the way.
