Energy Healer Emily Aarons on Guiding Female Entrepreneurs to Connect with their Intuition

Copy-of-Website-Header-Template-49

Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business:

I’m the most sought-after energy healer for female CEOs because I clear money blocks. I’ve helped tens of thousands of entrepreneurs connect with their intuition and create more abundance through my free and paid programs. I began working as an energy healer at the age of 18, I started my first wellness center at 22, and then shifted into the online space in 2016. Since that pivot, it’s been my passion to help entrepreneurs trust their intuition to grow their businesses in alignment. My business has had quantum growth each and every year and I’m so grateful to share this work! I’m the founder of Mastery & Ascension, a membership that delivers live and on-demand energy healings to clear blocks and get you into alignment. Additionally, I created the Angels In Your Biz Oracle Card Deck and I host the top business podcast Aligned & Unstoppable. In my spare time, you’ll find me enjoying my backyard farm with chickens, ducks, goats, sheep, a barn cat, and a Belgian Malinois. My husband is truly the farmer, and our two young boys love to help out with the farm and cooking with us.

What excites you about being an Entreprenista League member?

Connecting and collaborating with other CEOs and expanding my network.

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

I had a calling at a very young age. While I’ve had corporate jobs, I always knew I’d be my own boss.

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

I grew up knowing I wanted to help people through healing. Even as young as kindergarten, I wrote in my journal I wanted to be a doctor, so I could help people. I went to healing school at 18, then to college a couple of years later when I was ready to earn my degree in communications and business management. I worked for other people and at corporate jobs but ultimately knew I wasn’t destined to stay on that path.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Yup!

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out, and did it go as planned?

My first business launched when I was 22 years old in 2004. My method of marketing was discounting myself and making flyers to leave on people’s windshields in parking lots. I also splurged to print postcards that I’d spread around coffee shops and around town on any corkboard I could find. There was NO social media or online presence whatsoever.

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way and what did you learn from it?

The biggest was to shift out of a brick-n-mortar business style to being online. In doing so I really had to learn what made me unique and I had to learn how to articulate the transformation within my work.

What is the accomplishment you are the proudest of to date?

Becoming a million-dollar personal brand. I used to be “the broke healer who could”, and I love sharing my story of hustling and staying in broke patterns to shifting into abundance and helping thousands of other entrepreneurs do the same. Learning to use strategy and intuition.

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

Of course. Work less than 6 hours per day, so that you can LIVE!! I don’t subscribe to “one day” – I design my work to fit my lifestyle and that includes massive self-care and being present for my kids. I work 10-3 which allows me to be productive at work and present at home.

What’s a piece of advice you can share that you wish you’d known when you first started your Entreprenista journey?

If you’re not encountering challenges every week, you’re doing it wrong! Growth means you’re going outside your comfort zone and that can be really uncomfortable and many times costly whether your time/month/energy but you MUST be 100% committed and RELENTLESS to doing your soul’s work otherwise it will be in vain. Either choose to stay in fear (and quit) or stay in faith and persevere no matter what knowing your success is inevitable.

What have you achieved recently that you’d like to celebrate with our community?

I’m just about to hit 500K downloads of my podcast, hired 3 new team members, I’m creating my own energy alignment practitioner certification, and I’ve been managing my stress and staying healthy!!

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

I’m ready for big partnerships, a TED talk, a book deal, and getting featured on prominent media and news outlets!
