Sapha Pardo: Your Youthful Goddess

Fitriya-Mohamed-5

Hello Sapha! Tell us a little bit about yourself and your business.

Hi. my name is Sapha & I am a Feminine Embodiment & Relationship Mentor and Your Soulful Goddess. So, what exactly does that mean? & what do I do? Well, first & foremost, this means that I believe in YOUR power. I’m not here to tell you what to do, how to live your life, or which precise steps to take in order to achieve your goals because YOU deserve better than that. YOU are a SOULFUL GODDESS with unparalleled power, & you deserve to be held in safe space, to be witnessed, to be catalyzed & coded to the most expansive version of your true self. This means no cookie-cutter bs. Only tools uniquely attuned to YOUR unique frequency & essence. It means co-creation with someone who has been where you’ve been & who knows you WILL create a magnetic life of deep fulfillment, unwavering love, & unparalleled abundance. So my business is YOU centric. It’s a mentorship like none other, & it is my joy to work with high-caliber women who are ready, willing & able to reclaim their feminine self-authority so they can positively thrive in all areas of their lives.

So Sapha, what excites you about being an Entreprenista League member?

I love the opportunity to connect to more women, to celebrate their wins, & hold space for their doubts. When women come together, the whole world is changed, & I love that!

Starting your own business can be intimidating. Sapha, what made you take the leap to start your own business?

Honestly, it took many years of self-denial for me to get here. I’d known in my heart that life coaching was something I was calibrated to from a very young age, but the stigma I’d seen attached to it & the pressure of being more like everyone else kept me small for far too long. So, I hid behind my yoga & nutrition certifications & tried to pretend that the women sitting across from me on a daily basis weren’t asking me for more, for a way back to freedom, for a true catalytic awakening. In truth, I have been doing this work for over a decade, but never called it by name until my soul basically demanded I step up to the plate once & for all. So, when I broke free of my own prison & walked away from a 12-year toxic marriage that had sucked the life out of me, I decided to stop hiding in all areas of my life, not just the romantic side. Funny how that happens some times. When we take too long to chose, the Universe will give us a nudge, & that is how I got here.

So Sapha, what was your background prior to starting your own business?

As I mentioned earlier, I have been a yoga teacher for over 12 years (still am), & I have done nutrition consultations as well as worked as an executive assistant for just as long – Essentially, I’ve been employed & self-employed in one way or another for some time now

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

Not at all. I actually wanted to be an actor in my youth, so owning & leading my own business never really crossed my mind until much, much later

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out?

When I first opened my business, my entire focus was to help women the world over change their relationships to food & self, & at that time, I relied mostly on word of mouth & local advertisements in small newspapers & FB groups

Entreprenistas face challenges every single day. What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way?

For me, the biggest challenge is the willingness to remain in deep presence with my truth as I am confronted by the immense shadow work we all must face as business owners. Everything from learning to be resilient, to allowing the in between to exist in an empowering manner, to confronting self-doubt & patterns of old that will show up with every new program launch, or every new client have all taught me to become an avid devotee of duality in all areas of my life

You have so much to celebrate, Sapha! What is the accomplishment you are the most proud of to date?

The transformation my clients see as they walk with me & after working with me. Seriously, there is nothing more beautiful than watching a powerful woman rewilded, re-crowned & fully embodied in her soulful goddess essence. It’s a life changing process, & I am honored to watch it take place.

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

One hundred thousand percent. For me, the biggest key in this is always being willing to honor our bodies & what they are telling us. There are days when perseverance is important, & there are days when allowing, resting & receiving are more important that meeting a deadline. *I know, gasp 😉 but it’s true.

What’s a piece of advice you can share that you wish you’d known when you first started your Entreprenista journey?

That the things we often worry about most (the amount of people in our programs, the response to our IG posts, etc) are far smaller & less potent than we realize. There is a bigger picture, & stepping back to get the whole view is essential as an entrepenista.

What have you achieved recently that you’d like to celebrate with our community?

Picked up my whole life & moved to a whole new state & my dreams are getting bigger & bigger!

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

The evolution of YSG is wild. I’ve a membership in the works that will be deeply inspired by the alchemy of the Divine Feminine Archetypes, a relationship course like none other, group coaching, masterclasses & retreats that are all going to be incredible! I can’t wait!
