Hi, Christina! Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business:

I’m Dr. Christina and the CEO and Founder of femsaloud based in Los Angeles, CA. I offer luxurious femininity coaching for female entrepreneurs, executives, and celebrities. With LA’s #1 VIP femininity makeover I make elite women irresistibly feminine and thriving in life. Whether it’s burnout, painful periods and infertility, or dating frustration with passive men, it all boils down to a woman being in misalignment with her femininity. With the femininity makeover, I let sophisticated women glow from the inside out as it comes with mindset and embodiment work plus a visual makeover.

What excites you about being an Entreprenista League member?

Looking very much forward to meeting like-minded founders, inspiring entrepreneurs, and members of a community who support one another to become successful and fulfilled on their entrepreneurial journeys. I truly value the power of a community and I’m super excited to be part of the Entreprenista League.

Community is super powerful, for sure! What made you take the leap to start your own business?

It’s my own story. I once was this hard-working woman who appeared to be more masculine than feminine, more logical than intuitive, more harsh than soft. I actually grew up believing the feminine to be weak, not capable, too emotional, too sexy. So I fully invested my time in the best education, the best jobs, and I had my corporate career for more than 10 years. I truly was one of those feminine powerhouses, Miss Independents and boss babes. I felt so great, but I simply wanted to relax and be a feminine woman. But I didn’t know how, I’ve never learned how to be an authentic female. As boss babes don’t give up, I continued living a completely misaligned life and burned out. Besides my mental health, my kind of masculine lifestyle caused incredibly painful periods, an unfulfilling relationship with a very passive and soft guy, and ongoing struggles with men in my life in general. As a consequence of the burnout, I embarked on a self-discovery journey to reconnect with my femininity. I quit my job, left my boyfriend, sold my belongings, and found myself healing in beautiful Bali. That was the moment I decided to help more elite women to tap into their authentic feminine self and not make the same mistakes! Therefore, I’ve created a coaching program that fulfills all those needs and gives that amazing support that I once was looking for so badly. I offer women the shortcut to their gorgeous femininity and help them to be irresistible, feel feminine, and thrive in all areas of life.

What a journey! Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

Given the specific niche of my coaching business and its luxurious setup, I started to launch my business in Los Angeles, CA. I researched my target audience in detail, and found the places elite women love going to from Monday to Sunday, the food they love eating, the activities they love doing, and the events they love to attend. Thus, I went there in person. I started to talk to my audience, and to people who serve them daily. I dropped my business cards, shared my knowledge, and engaged with more and more women. And more and more women referred me to their friends, families, and business partners. Besides that, I’ve built my media presence, published articles in magazines and have been a guest speaker on podcast shows and at conferences. Of course, this all takes time, but it will all work out perfectly!

Trusting the process is essential! What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way and what did you learn from it?

I have a different approach when it comes to coaching. When I started with my own life coaching, it was remote coaching only. I got used to it, but it felt never right for me. I wanted to sit next to the coach when I was talking about my struggles. Thus, I completely shifted my sessions to offline, we meet IRL for the ultimate experience and most promising results. We can go to incredible places, fancy restaurants, celebrity spas and have a session there. Transformation and change can be hard, but it should feel great, too, right? It’s also like taking immediate actions and doing female embodiment IRL rather than just talking and journaling. It was definitely a challenge to do it differently and set up the business in a very different way than what people would normally expect from a coach. For me and my clients, it couldn’t be more perfect.

What is the accomplishment you are the most proud of to date?

Building my business fully in alignment with my passions and intuition. I was capable to scale it to a multiple six-figure business in my first year by doing in-person coaching only and by creating luxurious and unique services that no other coach in the femininity space is offering. On top of that, establishing my business as a luxury coaching brand and making it LA’s #1 femininity makeover for elite women is by far my biggest accomplishment.

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

I truly believe that this balance is the ultimate key to becoming a successful and happy entrepreneur! As you know my story, I did neglect my work-life balance for years. I was so focused on my work and achievements that I simply was not willing to make space for my life literally. When I started learning about the femininity concepts, it clicked for me! The feminine is the being, nurturing, relaxing and the masculine is the doing, chasing, and hustling. Balancing those feminine and masculine energies is the key to a juicy and fulfilled life. When I work hard, and I know we all do, I intentionally create space for my femininity. That being said, I block time in my calendar for self-care. Can be a spa visit, manicure, shopping, eating out, etc. Besides that, I make sure that I spend enough time with play and pleasure like traveling, going to events, meeting family and friends, dancing, having sex. As you see, it’s all about creating a healthy balance in life and making this a priority.

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

I have super exciting things coming up for all amazing women in LA (if you are not in LA, make sure you book your flight and come to LA!). Several incredible and juicy events will take place throughout this year, amazing collabs with local and feminine brands are waiting, and I’m going to speak at several conferences as well. You will definitely see more of me in the media, so make sure you follow along my ‘gram @iamdrchristina to not miss out on any updates and my BTS stories. If you want to book your femininity makeover, make sure to secure your spot ASAP as I will be very busy this year and can’t accept as many women as usual.
