Being an Entreprenista League member is thrilling as it opens doors to a vibrant community of entrepreneurial spirits who share my dedication to innovation and success. The prospect of networking with fellow members and gaining insights from diverse business journeys is particularly exciting. I’m eager to contribute my experiences from the travel industry through Luxury Travels by Dreamy Designer Events, LLC, and to collaborate on creating transformative opportunities for entrepreneurs within this dynamic community.

We’re so excited that you found our community! What made you take the leap to start your own business?

The decision to start my own business was driven by an insatiable passion for crafting unforgettable experiences and making dreams a reality. Fueled by a desire to share beautiful moments and create lasting memories for others, I took the leap to bring Dreamy Designer Events, Luxury Travels, and Dreamy Products to life, each endeavor representing a unique avenue to make every aspect of life truly dreamy. The journey is not just about entrepreneurship; it’s a commitment to turning aspirations into tangible, extraordinary realities for those I have the pleasure of serving.

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

While entrepreneurship wasn’t always a clear path for me, my journey has been marked by a persistent and innovative mindset. The desire to create, coupled with an insatiable appetite to build upon my knowledge and experiences, eventually led me to embrace entrepreneurship. The evolution from a creative thinker to a business owner reflects my commitment to continuously explore and translate ideas into impactful ventures.

Take us back to when you first launched your business, what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

When I first launched my business, I relied on a grassroots approach, leveraging word of mouth and social media to spread the word. While the initial strategy was humble, the positive evolution since then has been tremendous, as these organic methods fostered genuine connections and resulted in an expanding, engaged community.

Authentic relationships are key! What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way and what did you learn from it?

The most significant challenge I’ve encountered on this journey has been establishing visibility, networking, and navigating the learning curve at each step. Through this, I’ve learned that consistency, unwavering motivation, and a robust support system are pivotal in overcoming challenges and realizing the adage that “if you think it, you can achieve it.” While the path may not have been initially clear, I’ve come to realize that this is exactly where I was meant to be, creating and shaping my entrepreneurial destiny.

What is the accomplishment you are the most proud of to date?

My proudest accomplishment to date is transitioning from the corporate world, armed with a multitude of skills, to build a company from the ground up. Without a blueprint, I relied on my mind, extensive research, and creative thinking to establish a business that allows me to genuinely care for and provide exceptional service to my clients, whether in crafting personalized travel experiences or creating bespoke products that they truly deserve.

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

Absolutely. I strongly believe in work/life balance as a key factor in maintaining a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. Prioritizing personal enjoyment and well-being alongside managing the demands of running a company is crucial. Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring effective product and service delivery all contribute to creating a harmonious and sustainable work/life balance.

What’s a piece of advice you can share that you wish you’d known when you first started your Entreprenista journey?

A valuable piece of advice I wish I had known at the beginning of my journey is that it’s perfectly okay not to have all the answers. Embracing the willingness to ask questions and learn continuously is key, as it allows for growth and adaptability in an ever-changing business landscape. Great Owners/CEOs/Founders are perpetual learners, and acknowledging this early on would have provided a more empowering perspective on the journey to success.

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

In the coming years, anticipate major networking efforts, company expansion, and the establishment of a client database rooted in trust and reliance. Our commitment remains steadfast in delivering unparalleled service to our travel clients and creating exceptional products. Embracing the belief that traveling opens the world and enriches lives, we are dedicated to encouraging everyone to explore the amazing wonders of the world, fostering a global community of adventurers seeking unforgettable experiences.
