Meet our Entreprenista of the Year, Alexis Irene

The Entreprenista of the Year award winner recognizes one exemplary founder who has not only achieved remarkable success in their business but also adds measurable value to local communities for their fellow founders.

Our Entreprenista of the Year is Alexis Irene, Founder of Static Nails, an innovative cosmetic solution. Alexis Irene’s dream took flight from her dorm room, where she launched Static Nails, now a global authority in the cosmetic space. 

Named the third fastest-growing online beauty brand (2021), Static Nails spearheaded industry-changing advancements like complexions for every shade, as well as the first Reusable Pop-On Manicure; the first non-toxic odorless polish remove; and the first non-toxic lash adhesive.

Alexis believes in diversity and authenticity, from her small-but-mighty team of all women to the customers she serves. Static Nails was the first and only nail polish brand to not only photograph each lacquer in real life on real hands, but also the first to do so while featuring fair, light, medium, and darker complexions for every shade. 

In her spare time, Alexis gives back, “Mentoring fellow entrepreneurs and being a small part of their success is a genuine honor and passion of mine,” she says.
